Grat place for take out deli sandwiches, ice cream, cold drinks, and refrigerated dairy/breakfast stuff. A hometown mini-mart. They have dogfood and other staples great for camping and summer visitors.

This is the only place around where the staff seem genuinely happy to see you. They clearly have a little family here, and shopping here makes you feel like you're in that little family, too.
They owners are two of the nicest guys you could ever know. They acknowledge and greet you when you walk in, and are extremely helpful when you need help. I love their sandwiches & their rice pudding is the BEST!! The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. If you haven't tried them, do so soon, try a sandwich or just pick up something quick, you'll be glad you did. They also carry all kinds of various merchandise, go in & take a look, you'll be surprised. The prices will also surprise you, for a small store they are very good with pricing!! It is much nicer to shop at the Food Barn than the big stores that are usually not very customer friendly!!
