I joined Snap in Wantage about 4 months ago. I love the location - as it's close to home and close to shopping. The gym is always clean. The best is the 24 hour access. I sometimes work out late on weekends !! I love it !
I never thought I'd be a gym person until about 6 years ago I met one of the trainers from Snap Fitness Wantage (Ken). I trained with him for a bit and started routinely going to the gym (willingly!) Since then I've trained with Jimmy and participated in the boot camps. Of everything I've experienced I know it's the people who make Snap Fitness Wantage what it is. Jimmy, Sandra and their staff are friendly, motivating, kind, helpful....I could go on and on. I feel comfortable going to SFW because of the positive environment and the people. Snap Fitness and Family!
great gym, clean, great machines etc. The thing that killed it for me is their billing process, within the three years I was a member, three times I was "locked out" and couldn't gain access with my access card. Then inquired and the manager stated to me "you probably didn't have enough money in your bank account to cover the payment", when in fact I had way more than enough. The first and second times it happened they insisted it was a problem on my end and stated that " we will waive the penalty fee this time". Finally the third time I asked the manager to cancel my membership and his reply was "consider yourself terminated". Some businessman, glad I'm gone!
Friendly and engaged owner/manager, friendly and skilled personal trainers, clean facility, fully-functional equipment, and an overall welcoming/friendly/positive vibe. Don’t let the smaller size of the space scare you; this gym has an impressively well-thought-out selection of equipment in order to provide exactly what one would need for cardio, bodybuilding, and/or power & strength training.
Great location and staff. I wish my house was as clean as this Snap! Top notch equipment.
