We love to shop local. Sorry to report that we were loco to shop here. Dropped of two suits on Wed. told them we didn't need them until Fri. Went Fri to get them and was told one pair of trousers needed to be repressed ?? Went Sat for missing trousers was told they were located in Sparta NJ . ?? also told we would need to go get them ?? We went to retrieve them from Sparta and was told that ticket ticket put on the trousers at Sussex must have come undone so they were unable to id them. When the suits were delivered to Sussex they made no attempt to locate the missing trousers ?? Was it just luck they were found in Sparta ?? Doesn't seem very good business practice to me. Not even sorry for the screw up or anything, however they made sure to charge us for the two suits.
DO NOT USE. This place used to be great and did pick-up and delivery. The delivery guy decided to retire and no one called to inform me they would stop delivering. I found out after 2-3 weeks of no pickups... the hard way! Horrible customer service.
