Service was so great! Will Wallace sold me my car and handled everything! He helped me deal with switching insurance, plates, how to finance my car etc. He also explained every single feature in my new Jeep Compass and even connected my phone to Bluetooth in the car and downloaded an app for me on my phone so I can start my car anywhere from an app. He also was available beforehand and after to answer any questions or concerns I had (I had a lot of questions) and responded to me immediately. I highly recommend buying a car from him!

Buyer Beware - Get everything in writing or get taken advantage of. Only you won’t know it until it’s too late. They Keep blowing me off on early lease return- they have zero intention of helping me. (Keep in mind it was their suggestion i arrange to come in after approx 24 months since I drive a lot of miles - so mileage would still be workable) I wouldn't have believed this would be done to me when I leased because they were kind to me and reassured me I was doing the right thing. I bought a Jeep Compass yesterday and had a great experience overall. Josh Trinks was our Sales Person and he was great. It was the first time I looked at the Compass and he was very knowledgeable. I looked at multiple vehicles and was looking for certain features. He found me the perfect one and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend him!
Many miles I drive a year up front. I thought they wouldn't hurt a local customer. "Don't worry about miles ... we treat the car like a trade in". "Trade into a new car earlier as long as you return car before lease is up". I keep going in - they keep telling me to wait. Soon There won't be any 2017 cars for me left. One salesman said to me “oh you’re racking up miles like you’re riding in a taxi - who the heck told you you could do that???” (This was at my 24 month visit).... So I'll keep adding more miles as I "wait" because I need to go to work ... just to be told what? "Sorry. Nothing we can do" ... and they lose nothing. So if you shop here because you read the “good reviews” like I did ... get everything in writing or you'll find out .... way too late. I didn't and now I'm stuck I would hate to see it happen to another decent person. If things change I will revise my review and highlight the people that made it happen... but if they don’t I will make sure everyone I can tell hears my story. What I also find disappointing is that there are no responses to the negative reviews of any kind. A sure sign they don’t really care about me or my dissatisfaction or any of the others for that matter.
One of the most friendliest dealerships I've ever encountered from Kent in service to Abe and Frank in sales to Danielle. I work in the hospitality industry and customer service and friendliness shown here is what I try to reach my employees. For a place that is hidden up in Sussex county word of mouth is all they can depend on and they do show that they really care about whom comes through the door compared to other dealerships that have more exposure and care about the all mighty dollar the satisfaction of the customer. Great job to all whom work at this dealership even the environment and how the employees interact with each other is awesome to see.
