If you want to buy here it’s best if you don’t try to get the best deal possible. What you should do is lay down and let Frankie the salesman try to strong arm you into leaving a 500$ deposit and finish the credit application when I explained over and over I didn’t want to run my credit if they didn’t see a deal working out, being I am trying to fix my credit. Experience was tolerable until the salesman yelled out in front of customers and the staff in the building that” I didn’t have any money, so what are you giving me a hard time for”. Oh yeah then 20 min after that the salesman had the nerve to call me and ask me to come back and finish the credit app. And then he says “ things got crazy it wasn’t only my fault, but you know if I don’t sell I don’t eat.” By the looks of the reviews I regret not listening to them when I saw them myself. Worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life, let alone the most embarrassing one. And remember Frankie i at your service !

It was a great pleasure buying a car here. My salesman Louis, sales manager Steve and finance manager Angelo were all incredibly helpful in getting my new Focus ST.
Service manager was very nice and the work was done well at a reasonable price.the waiting area needs work.
Now that the Nielsen Group has taken over it has been better than ever. My parents purchased a vehicle from Magarino about 2 years ago or so and they would never go back there. Now that Nielsen took over they love going there. All the staff are terrific from the bottom to the top!!!
But needs to be some kind of control, if I wasn't disable I would of walked back in and had someone clean it...
Until i got in my car and the arm rest was covered in grease .
