It took 2 years to get half of the accessories I paid for (after the guy in service called me a liar) and they still owe me a rubberized trunk liner that they never reimbursed (although they said they would -- not for what I paid, but for less than half). No integrity. ZERO STARS would be more appropriate. And they have the nerve to keep calling and emailing for me use their dealership. Really? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Tyler Olinger is terrific. I bought my 2017 Hyundai Accent from him today. I sent off about 20 emails to different car dealerships in the area but Tyler was easily the most professional and intelligent. Tyler treated me with kindness and dignity and Tyler helped me get everything I wanted. I strongly recommend Tyler!!!
I went here due to a recall which is a free service. They told me it would take an hour. It took an hour. They checked my vehicle over and suggested one minor repair that I already knew was needed and made no effort to push me into getting any work done or selling me anything I didn't need. They were polite, professional, and honest.

They try to pull a fast one on me. They tried to offer me a lot less for what my car was worth. I didn't say anything. But then when I was on my way out the door then they came back with another figure that was the real amount for what my car was worth. By that time it was too late I have lost all confidence in them.
