What a great experience we had buying our 2014 Acadia with Anthony. We have bought many new cars over the years and this was by far the easiest and least stressful one. I have an extremely busy schedule and not much extra time. I always dread buying or leasing a new car because I know half the day will be spent arguing prices. After calling a few dealers to try to get a good idea of pricing over the phone before making the trip in person and getting frustrated because I was getting the run around, I finally called your dealership. Everyone was extremely courteous, prompt, and straight forward. They gave me exact pricing over the phone. I was half expecting to walk in and have the salesman say there were some hidden fees, but this wasn't the case at all to my surprise! This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience. My original visit started with me looking for a replacement rim for my GMC truck. Marissa from parts was exceptional from start to finish and the main reason for me coming to Royal GMC. Marissa not only went above and beyond getting my rim but also helped me schedule my service apt on a super busy day. When I came in for my service apt to have the rim mounted I met Jeff Reifler. Jeff was super professional, got my truck right in, and even helped me get two other long term Issues fixed in a limited amount of time. My overall experience with Royal GMC parts and service was excellent. I’m glad I took the drive from NY.
